\"\"Prof. Dr. Krishnan Ganapathy is a globally recognized neurosurgeon and a pioneering figure in the field of Telemedicine and Digital Health. He is the Past President of the Telemedicine Society of India<\/b>, the Neurological Society of India, and the Indian Society of Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery<\/b>. As the former Director of the Apollo Telemedicine Networking Foundation<\/b> and Apollo Telehealth Services<\/b>, he has been instrumental in creating one of the world’s largest multi-specialty telehealth networks. Dr. Ganapathy holds the distinction of being the first in South Asia to obtain a Ph.D. in neuro-imaging (1990)<\/b> and was the first neurosurgeon in the region formally trained in Stereotactic and Robotic Radiosurgery.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

With a career spanning over four decades, Dr. Ganapathy has been an influential voice in global digital health, serving on the WHO Roster of Experts on Digital Health<\/b>. Currently, he serves as a Distinguished Professor at The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University and as a Director at the WHEELS Global Foundation, where he focuses on delivering telehealth services to rural and underserved populations.
